The property was very clean, with lots of sleeping options. I can imagine a couple of families staying comfortably in this home. The kitchen is great, and there are plenty of vessels for cooking in. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is so well set up for families - lots of space and the comfiest beds we've ever come across in a hired house! The communication with the property manager was clear and timely. A great place to stay in summer or winter.

Great location, and a beautiful house, had everything we needed and not too far from Taupō.The house was very hot and could do with air conditioning in the summer months. Wifi would have been a bonus. Overall, experience was good, great communication with the host, responding quickly.

There were only two of us on this visit but it would be perfect for two families - a bathroom, master bedroom and bunk room at each end separated by the living area. Comfy beds.

Absolutely Wonderful
Amazing home with the perfect set up for families and couples. Lovely clean home with a warm feel to it, we didn't want to leave! Great communication with Ross. Short 10 min walk to lakefront/marina. Suggest stopping in at Licorice Cafe, doing the short Motuoapa Lookout walk, and driving 10-15 mins north to Bullipoint picnic stop. We will definitely be coming back!!

Fabulous Property!
The house was amazing. Everything you could need. The reason I rated it three stars in terms of accuracy of listing is that the photos do not do it justice and some of the wording needs to be changed on the listing to make the details clearer for the next people staying around cleaning etc. The owner was great to deal with and very flexible with check in and check out times. The property was immaculate and very well laid out. The big deck outside was a great sun trap. Comfy beds. Fire is lovely and plenty of wood. Great location. Safe neighbourhood. Very modern and very comfortable. Great for kids and loads of space wth a big group. Would certainly stay again. Many thanks.

Wi-Fi-disappointment
As we fully understand the owners idea of wanting to have a bach with no internet and instead focus on the company and all the amazing things to do in the area, it did give us quite a problem not being able to go on line during our stay. Coming from abroad we don’t have access to internet (w/o paying a fortune) and all the planning of activities became a hassle. Nice layout of the house. Functional. Spacious. We recommend it but be aware of the lack of Wi-Fi.
