Constructed in 2018, this studio-style carriage house has all the modern amenities you would expect but it is in historic Avondale centrally located in Jacksonville, FL. The open floor plan allows you to spread out and enjoy room for yourself and guests.

There is a spacious walk-in shower, private balcony, and large inviting living room.

The pool is NOT available for guest use.

We are conveniently located within five miles of NAS Jacksonville, 3 miles to downtown, and walkable to Avondale and Murray Hill neighborhoods. Historic Five Points is just 2 miles away also. The beach is 19 miles away.
