Fine - but has some issues.
This apartment is located in a good area that is easy to navigate to other parts of the city. The view from the window is pretty and Café Comptoir Abel (very good) is nearby. The common areas tend to be quite dark and the lights do not always work so you will find yourself in pitch dark. I would recommend the property manager be more available for questions and clarify the instructions for access to the apartment. The apartment could use a thorough cleaning, especially the shower, which had a lot of mold growing in the grout. Also providing a starter packet of laundry cleaner, dish soap, etc would be a nice touch. The carpet and chair in the living room is quite soiled and needs cleaning or replacement. These are very easy fixes, and do not cost a lot of money and would greatly enhance the stay for a visitor. Otherwise the apartment satisfied my requirements at the time.
