Comfy and Relaxed Beach Retreat
Come and relax in this beautifully presented comfortable beach home with wrap around deck. Enjoy rural views towards the golf course or sip a sundowner on the private side of the deck which is covered and semi enclosed. The flow from the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining adds to the relaxed beach feel. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is Wifi,,SkyTV and a new large air conditioner/ heat pump.
There is a 10 minute walk to one of the most stunning beaches in New Zealand. Also estuary swimming closeby. 18 hole Golf course 5 minutes away.
Popular Matakana Village Is less than 10 minutes by car. Here you can enjoy a movie at one of the boutique movie theatres, Saturday gourmet food market, and restaurants.
Catch a ferry from Sandspit (20 minutes car ride away) to historic Kawau Island or visit a number of wineries or breweries in the area.

$150 per stay linen fees( optional)
$120 cleaning fee ( compulsory)

Absolutely NO smokers.
Enclosed garden.
Deck safe for children But toddlers need to be watched down steps to garden.
