Located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac it has close access to the estuary and a great area for kids to play outdoors. Enjoy soaking up the rays on the large deck with great indoor-outdoor flow to kitchen/dining and lounge and extensive views. Smart TV with Freeview and apps just bring your own logins.

This is the perfect house for a large family or even 2 families to enjoy their time away together, sharing the same house but with enough space to not feel crammed in! Close proximity to shops, golf course, bowling club and estuary.

If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
