Your family and friends will enjoy this beautiful and cozy 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome, sleeps 10. Enjoy fantastic sunsets or morning coffee from the expansive rooftop patio. Conveniently located in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach and only a 2-3 mile bike or car ride from/to Watercolor and Seaside beach communities. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Beach gear and chairs can be rented through local providers we will share with you. Discounts to the local bike shop and golf cart rental are available. The first floor family room provides a great space for families to gather for games on the pool table or movies on the 50inch TV. There is also a bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath for families traveling together. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, a second living room area, bedroom #2 and dining area. Bedroom #2 on this floor has a king bed and full bathroom. The 3rd floor includes 2 additional bedrooms—one with 2 queen beds and full bathroom and the master bedroom with king and on-suite bathroom with shower. You will also find a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing, sunsets or family gathering. The community pool area provides covered cabanas and a grilling station for guests.

Comfortable

The townhome is a perfect size and cost for 2 families, and everyone slept and ate comfortably. However, there is no space to be outside (the upper deck had one dirty chair), and the internet was extremely spotty- the tv was the only device to connect. The beach was a close 5 minute walk. The pool is quite small but was okay for a couple of hours one day. And lastly, the townhome is located right on 30A and it’s busy, which as new vacationers to the area, we weren’t impressed with the location.

Great place close to beach and lots of fun. A bit of a drive to Destin but plenty to do in Santa Rosa and outstanding hosts! Would recommend!

Family Summer Vacation

Our family was looking for a roomy place close to the beach with nice views and a pool. This townhouse did not disappoint. It was perfect! There were six of us and we had plenty of room to hang out. Sandra was very responsive to questions about checking-in and other items where we reached out for assistance. We are a family that loves to cook, so the only recommendation I have is if you are planning to cook a lot of meals, you may want to bring some additional pots and pans. Other than that, it was fantastic. We enjoyed the place and the pool.

Great Stay on 30A

This place is exactly as listed. Several large rooms and bathrooms with some fun amenities like a pool table, community swimming pool, grills, etc. Excellent location with several fantastic restaurants and bars just a few steps away. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, but still super convenient given how beautiful the beaches in this area are. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family on vacation.

Just close enough to Seaside where my 15-year old could bike to have fun with his friends in the evening and far away that traffic wasn't a nightmare. Loved the 4 levels including the roof top deck. I'll look for it again the next time I want to visit the area.

Just What We Needed

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The property was clean and spacious enough that each family got their own floor. Location is not right on the beach, but is within a short walk, bike or golf cart ride (cross 30A and take Blue Mountain Rd to beach access). The property manager was easy to reach when needed (the fridge was on the fritz).

Nice Townhouse Close to the Beach

Our family of 5 had a great stay here! The townhouse had more than enough space for us and all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and my kids enjoyed the pool table! There’s a code to get in the door and it’s easy to lock and unlock. I loved the area because we could walk to the beach or local restaurants. Our favorites were Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Blue Mountain Creamery.

Really enjoyed our stay

We booked this for a family vacation and our family is pretty big, so we needed four rooms each with a pretty good sized bed and this rental fit us perfectly. We did enjoy the area it was in as well. We could walk to the beach which was really convenient. We also enjoyed the pool table in the bottom room. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful family vacation

We had a wonderful experience. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect! Our only negatives were slow internet and there was only 1 towel per person for 7 days so we did lots of laundry. Some bathrooms didn’t have wash clothes at all. Overall all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you .

Great Property on 30A

This property was great for our group of 4 families with each having its own bed and bathrooms. The furnishings were very nice and location was very good with access to restaurants, grocery and the beach. On a really hot day, the walk to the beach may seem a little long, but there is parking on the street as well as in a small lot, if you arrive early enough. The host and property manager were very accessible with any questions or concerns.

Top Shelf

Four of my childhood friends and I booked this townhouse for a quick getaway. It was just as shown on the pictures. The unit was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the roof top in the mornings and evenings. The beach was a couple of walking blocks which wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the Televisions to work nor the internet on our first night. My friend, who works in the technology industry, kept working trying to get the internet to connect but couldn't. She said that the Century Link would not connect to the internet which was the problem. We notified Sandra and she responded expeditiously. She discovered that there was an outage in the area. Our showers would only heat to luke warm or not at all. We called the management company who picked up on the first ring and responded. They told us what to do and we had hot water for the remainder of our stay. We would definitely recommend the unit to others and would love to stay there again as well. Sandra and her management team were great! Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable.

Relaxing stay

Townhouse was exactly as listed. Clean, 5 min walk to the beach, beds comfortable, kitchen fairly well stocked. The pool was nice and great to hop in after the sunset each night.

We wanted to stay longer!

I was thrilled to find this beach house for a last minute getaway with my kids and my friends family. They have been coming to Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain Beach for decades and were very familiar with the area, but it was my first time with my kids. Great location and just a short walk to the beach. House has plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfy for all 7 of us, kitchen is well appointed. The pro tip my friends told me is to load the car with your beach chairs and set up on the beach early in the morning-which we did on our morning beach walk. Then drive back and park at the house, and when everyone is ready to walk over to the beach you have a good spot. Just remember to pack everything up at the end of the day! We loved the pool and hopped in after we unloaded the car to cool off quickly. Right next door is Sally's and their breakfast biscuits cannot be beat! Sandra was a wonderful host and you will absolutely love it if you decide to stay here. Thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay!

Great time

We had a delightful time. It was an easy walk and easier bike ride to the beach. Convenient to great restaurants. Plenty of space and the billiards table was a bonus. Sandra was very attentive with any question we might have. It was a restorative vacation.
