This beautifully styled and pristine property is the perfect family getaway in central Torquay. Featuring four spacious bedrooms, two family rooms and relaxing outdoor deck with BBQ, you can branch out with something for everyone. Centrally located for those outdoor adventures and also upgraded with every amenity for those quiet days indoors. Hamptons Escape encompasses a relaxing experience in a luxury escape that is only a stone's throw from local beaches and popular restaurants and cafes.

PARKING: Free parking on site with plenty of space in the driveway (Approximately 2x spaces) not enclosed or in garage (Garage inaccessible) There is also ample free on street parking.
ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.
WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.
KICTHEN: Toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar, spices and oil provided.
DINING: We have a dining table set for 8 guests with 4 more seats are the kitchen bar. There is also outdoor dining for 6 guests, see photos.
LOUNGE: A front lounge with L shaped couch and wall mounted TV, PS4 and various games. The main loungeroom features a spacious couch, wall mounted TV and ceiling fan.
BACKYARD: Fully enclosed yard with children's cubby house, outdoor shower, Gas Bottle BBQ, spacious and private deck with seating and roofed dining area.
HEATING & COOLING: The property features central heating and cooling with ceiling fans and AC unit.
EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!
LAUNDRY: Washing machine and Dryer in Laundry. Washing powder provided.
PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with electronic lock codes.
Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays.
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, dishwasher running. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
