Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

SKY BUS to SOUTHERN CROSS TRAIN STATION in the city. Then take Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station. Get off at Graham St. Cross the small park, keeping the Graham St, overhead bridge on your right. Cross under the bridge, and swing left, walking up the other side of Graham St, towards the traffic lights. Turn right on to Bay St, and 57 Bay St is about 80m from the lights on the Rouse St intersection.
