This charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit has two lofts for additional sleeping for your group. It is the perfect choice for a tranquil stay on a quiet and beautiful 4 acres located very near historic downtown Gruene.
The perfect place to camp under the stars but with all the conveniences you crave in your home away from home! Less than a 2 minute drive to Gruene and just a short distance from downtown New Braunfels!

• Kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Keurig single cup coffee maker (coffee pods provided), utensils, pots, pans and dishes are provided
• TVs in bedroom, lofts and living area with local channels
• Stereo
• Seating area to relax in cooled comfort
• Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. PLEASE NOTE: This is an RV size bathroom so space is limited.

Outdoors
• Charcoal grill and BBQ tools provided
• Fire-pit available on request when Burn Ban is lifted
• Outdoor seating to watch the deer, goats and chickens!
