Escape to this newly updated and renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental ideally situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, featuring a separate entrance for your use. This rental is located inside of the 4BR home and could be occupied at the same time.

This space is thoughtfully designed to be both inviting and functional, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Attached to the main house (with outside access only) you will find a kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware where you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. The upstairs master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and TV, along with a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests if needed. Attached is a stylish and luxurious bathroom for your comfort.

The shared deck features an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and a fire pit—ideal for evening gatherings and enjoying the picturesque scenery.
