About the home
“Sapphire Views” is a delightful apartment in San Remo just a 10 minute walk to the peaceful and pristine Bore Beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo.
Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The Apartment is located on the first floor (accessible by a single flight of stairs) across one level, opening up into the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV and DVD player) which leads to the front covered Balcony and provides access to Bedroom 1 (with BIR & delightful water views), Bedroom 2 (with BIR and smart TV) and a Bathroom (with shower over bath and a toilet). A Pantry and fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is accessed through the Kitchen.
Outdoor Areas
The front covered Balcony (with seating for 4 and a gas BBQ) provides delightful uninterrupted views across the bay to Cape Woolamai. There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the apartment block.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle split system in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room that comfortably heats & cools the entire apartment. There are 2 standalone fans (1 located in each bedroom), and 1 standalone heater for guests to use where they choose.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 2 beds, 1 trundle bed and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
There is a Single sofa bed and Single trundle bed in the Living Room, each suitable for 1 adult or 1 child.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
