Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms; Pedestal fans. Spacious open plan living area upstairs comprising lounge, dining & kitchen. Lounge room has adjoining balcony with seaviews; Large television; Stair gate. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible standard pods or can purchase locally), large fridge with freezer on top. Downstairs lounge has direct access to front yard and beach; Large television; DVD player; DVD’s; Bluetooth; Soundbar; WiFi for guests use; Board games; Books. Top load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Iron; Ironing board. Balcony adjoining kitchen with outdoor setting & hooded gas barbecue; Fully fenced yard. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars with room for a boat; No garage access for guests. DIRECTIONS: Coming from the north, travel towards Coobowie along St Vincent Highway. Once in Coobowie and at the T-junction (corner of the hotel & playground) turn left onto Beach Road and follow for approximately 800m. Yorke Dayz is on the right-hand side (beach side) and is the house on the right with a yellow holiday rental sign.
