The cottage is 2km to Havelock North village where there are restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is set on 31/2 acreas with the owners house and 3 more cottages all private. Outside gate is walking/biking track. 25 minutes to Sandy beaches and the Napier airport also Napier city. There is a large deck with outdoor dinning, bbq and seating looking on to established trees.

Why they chose this property
Cottage is on 3 1/2 acres shared with 3 others and the main dwelling, they are all well apart from each other. Looks out onto paddock with mature trees as you step off large deck. Love the area because it is so close to Havelock North and Hastings.
What makes this property unique
Cottage is on 3 1/2 acres with lovely mature trees surrounding it. Looks out to well kept paddock so very relaxing. Only 2 kms to Havelock North village.
