Welcome to your home in West Vancouver! This is the ideal place for your vacation, skiing, and seeing the sea! This is a premium community, by the sea, beautiful, very safe. The suite is a 4-minute walk to the beach, within a 20-minute drive of Cypress Ski Resort, Capilano Bridge, Horseshoe Bay, DownTown, Stanley Park and the ski resort of Whistler.
The suite is located in the basement and is 750 feet in size with separate door access. The oversized living room has a comfortable leather sofa and XJIMI projector.
The kitchen and dining space are well equipped with electric stove, capsule coffee maker, range hood, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hot kettle, and a full range of cutlery, tea and wine sets.
The bedroom has an oversized king bed that can sleep more than two people, as well as large wardrobes and beautiful greenery.
Spacious bathroom with separate hot shower;
Next to the bathroom is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The suite has plenty of storage space for your snowgear and plenty of luggage.
There is free roadside parking outside the house, there are many beautiful scenery and supermarkets around, as well as very beautiful high-end seaside restaurants, seaside cafes, a few minutes walk to reach, life is very convenient.
I welcome pets very much, because they are angels!

Why they chose this property
I like to walk four minutes to the beach, no matter what the season, the beach is very beautiful, beautiful sunrise, beautiful sunset. If you are lucky, you can often see seals and dolphins in the sea. In winter, our family loves to go skiing, driving to the ski resort, only 20 minutes, or even less time, great!
What makes this property unique
My suite space is very large, 750 feet, with separate living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry, fully equipped, very welcome to the elderly and children
