This modern 1-bedroom suite is nestled between Main and Fraser streets, surrounded by diverse restaurants, cafes, and shops. And only a 10-minute drive to YVR airport.

Fraser Street’s local shops are a 15-minute walk away. And the heart of Main Street is just a 10-minute drive. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, with direct access to Downtown via bus 003.

Our self-contained, ground-level suite offers a private entrance and a free parking spot right in front, making it easy to move your luggage. The 550 sq ft space includes one bedroom, a full washroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for comfortable short or long-term stays.

Private Entrance:
A pleasant walkway leads to your ground-level entrance. You can securely leave your luggage here if you arrive before check-in. This area is also ideal for hanging umbrellas and wet coats during the rainy season.

Living Room:
Relax on a cozy wool sofa with a blanket, perfect for reading and unwinding. Connect your devices to our speakers via aux cable or enjoy a selection of vinyl records.

Dining Room:
A charming round designer table seats 2-3 people, ideal for dining or as a remote workstation with high-speed Internet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, T-Fal fry pans, and a Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules). You'll find all necessary utensils and ceramic kitchenware, including wine glasses. Basic condiments are provided, and you can enjoy fresh herbs from our garden in certain seasons, which we will provide.

Bedroom:
Sleep well on a cozy queen-sized bed with a full-sized closet and hangers. Comfortable pillows, soft sheets, a down duvet, and blackout blinds ensure a restful night.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a full-sized shower stocked with local artisanal shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We also provide floor mats, face, hand, and shower towels.

In-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.
