About this property

Casa Verde | Off-grid hideaway Agnes Water & 1770

Hide away in your own peaceful oasis just 15 minutes drive from the iconic Agnes Water main surf beach.

This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. Solar, rain water, vermicompost toilet, fire hot water system... get back to basics while still enjoying Wifi.

Connect with nature, local birds and kangaroos. Look at the stars by the fire. Relax and re-wild with this bush experience.

Casa Verde is located in our 45 acres plot surrounded by the great Australian bush.

The cabin has two bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect to accommodate 6 people max. Families welcome.

The bathroom is on a separate building next door, featuring an old-school donkey boiler to heat your gravity-feed water shower.

We are a family of 5 who live in the mud-brick house of the rural property. We are calm and grounded. We grow our organic veggies, look after our happy chickens and protect our abundant land.

The natural swimming pond is shared. Our family and our guests from the Casas are welcome to enjoy the organic water and all the beautiful garden.

The cabin and bathroom is all for your private use.

You are welcome to roam around our property, take a walk to the dam to watch the birds and enjoy the fresh water of the natural swimming.

Welcome to off-grid living!

Your energy is powered by the sun. Everything will work over night too ;)

Your water is sourced by rain water - filtered in the kitchen tap. The used water get back to the land feeding the fruit trees around you.

Your waste will go into the compost bin that we will later use in the veggie garden.

Your poo will go in the vermi-compost toilet where the worms will convert it into great soil.

Thank you. Your stay will add to this beautiful land.
