Stylish design and modern finishes define this lux pool home in the beautiful town of Cape Coral. Located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families or friends traveling together, the residence has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. The Space
This property perfectly embraces Florida’s year-round indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The entire residence is filled with thoughtful design touches and a luxurious simplicity that provide all the comforts of home that travelers need to unwind and relax. And those who want to enjoy our sunny climate while on vacation will spend most of their time either in the refreshing pool or lounging on the screened-in lanai.
Step through the front door into the living room where a massive Smart TV and comfy furnishings offer a delightful spot for family gathering time. Just beyond is a stunning eat-in chef’s kitchen with oversized waterfall island and bar seating plus an adjacent large dining table that easily lets everyone in the group enjoy delicious meals together. Dining alfresco by the pool is also an option with seamless access right off the kitchen.
Four bedrooms are brilliantly situated on opposite corners of the home allowing for privacy as needed. On one side of the residence are bedrooms 1 & 2: a king ensuite with huge bathroom and 2 closets, and a bunkroom with a queen-over-queen bunk + trundle. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the other side of the home, one a king ensuite with ½ bath that opens directly to the pool, and the other a secluded room with 2 full beds. A second full bath with walk-in shower is conveniently located between these 2 rooms.
Having fun in the sun is as easy as stepping out the back door and jumping into the sparkling pool that was designed for all ages to enjoy. Little ones can splash and play on the Baja shelf with bubbling water feature while adults keep a close watch from the deep end. Refresh with drinks while catching some rays on the sun loungers and a poolside outdoor TV ensures you’ll never miss a minute of the game.

This is an area that features gorgeous weather year-round, world-class water sports, fishing, ecological adventures, golfing, museums, family friendly experiences, and delicious restaurants (especially the seafood!) – and this home is right in the center of the action.
Important to know:
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.
This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.
