Swimming Pool Safety Disclaimer

Supervision of Children: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or around the pool area.

Pool Gate: The pool gate should never be wedged open. This is crucial for maintaining a safe environment for all guests, especially children.

CPR Chart: Please refer to the CPR chart located within the pool area. Familiarize yourself with these emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all pool users.

Alcohol Consumption: Do not drink alcohol while in the pool. If you choose to consume alcohol, please do so responsibly and away from the pool area. The accommodation provider does not take any responsibility for your actions while under the influence of alcohol and will not be held accountable for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

Guests acknowledge that they use the swimming pool at their own risk. The accommodation provider does not accept any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from the use of the pool.

In case of reported disturbances or unauthorised guests/ gatherings, we will report the incident to Airbnb or the police. Guests found to violate this policy will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

We ask that you respect our home by leaving it tidy and respectful. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the property for future guests to enjoy.

THERE IS NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

Please follow the check-out details in the house manual, including instructions for tidying up, disposing of food and rubbish, turning all power items off, and locking up and returning keys.
