Enjoy paradise with views of nature! A stunning updated unit with coastal décor that gives you a warm nice welcome from the minute you step inside the condo. Enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the gorgeous sunsets from your large, screened lanai overlooking the beautiful lake. This condo is located in a quiet community. A perfect home away from home while you enjoy the sunshine. A short drive to Marco Island or about 20-30 minutes to the Naples beaches where you can enjoy shopping and many restaurants at either location.
READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
Please Note: No Smoking anywhere, it is prohibited on condo property according to the Mainsail Condo Rules.
