This spacious light-filled and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers a large terrace with alfresco dining, a second balcony off the bedrooms and internal laundry facilities. The building complex comes with a swimming pool, spa and dry sauna. Perfectly located, you can walk to everything that buzzy Fortitude Valley has to offer – eateries, rooftop bars, clubs galleries and shops, with Victoria Park just a stroll away. Secure parking is optional, and public transport services are nearby.
The Space:
Whether you’re coming for work or play, this ideally located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home puts you close to the action while delivering a comfortable home base. The apartment is large, with wonderful flow and intelligent separation of living and bedroom spaces so that it feels more like a house. It’s also recently undergone a renovation with fresh new paint, curtains and timber flooring throughout, with rugs to soften the look and provide some colour. This is not a sterile and staged apartment, it feels like home.
Bright and fresh, you’ll enjoy magnificent breezes in the hotter months as the apartment opens with wide doors from the front to the back. The main balcony has a north east aspect, so the morning sun will energise you, yet you can relax here with a barbecue in the afternoon without suffering the Queensland heat.
Particular attention has been given to your comfort, starting with providing exceptional quality beds - solid frames, high quality mattresses and bed linen give you the most comfortable nights’ sleep. This detail is often overlooked and can greatly impact your stay.
Both bedrooms have fans and block out curtains, and provide access to a balcony with a peaceful green leafy outlook to wake up to. The master bedroom suite is a very generous sized room with a king sized bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has access to a separate bathroom with full size bath and shower facilities, with laundry facilities including a Bosch washing machine and dryer.
The lounge offers 2 big leather couches which don’t just look great, they're super comfortable too. There is also a well landscaped, large balcony area - the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful Brisbane weather.
We have a well-appointed kitchen with 4 burner gas cook top, oven, full sized fridge and freezer, microwave/convection/air fryer, dishwasher, NutriBullet, Nespresso coffee pod machine and Bodum Chambord Teapot & Warmer.
Relax in the beautiful gardens of the complex, then take a dip in the pool, or unwind in the heated spa or sauna. This apartment is an ideal choice for a longer term stay - so stay a little longer with us.
The Neighborhood:
Located close to the Brisbane CBD (Downtown), Fortitude Valley is a vibrant lifestyle hub, known for its restaurants, bars, live music venues, rooftop cocktail lounges and dance clubs. Relaxed brunch cafes mix with cosy Chinatown eateries and upmarket European restaurants. Indie record stores and art galleries add a bohemian vibe, while the Judith Wright Centre showcases performing arts from contemporary dance to poetry recitals – and they’re all walking distance from the apartment. That said, if you’re in the mood for a more chilled experience, the apartment is situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and unwind.
Perfectly situated, it’s a short stroll from the apartment to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane Showgrounds, St Andrew’s Private Hospital, King Street, Fortitude Valley train station, Brunswick Street Mall and James Street. It’s also walking distance to a whole host of bars and restaurants from casual to fine dining. There is even a casual Thai restaurant under the building which is open most days for lunch and dinner. You’ll find a convenience store across the road, with a Woolworths supermarket and BWS liquor store just up the street in the Valley Metro train station. Heritage listed Vitoria Park is nearby, offering 64 hectares of parkland including picnic tables, a golf course (or putt putt!) and playgrounds.
Getting Around:
A security car space is available to guests for an extra fee. If you prefer public transport, the Valley Metro train station is under 10 minutes’ walk away, allowing for easy transfers from Brisbane airport. Nearby buses also service the area.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* The apartment building is located in an urban area - guests should expect some occasional ambient city noise.
*The building allows smoking/vaping on the balconies so you may occasionally smell wafts of smoke which quickly pass.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
* After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
