There is space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking in the street. Guest access is through the wooden gate at the end of the driveway and a private entrance along the walkway in the backyard.

King Soopers is 3 minutes away on the corner of 80th and Sheridan. There is also a Walmart about a half mile south on Sheridan and a Costco 5 minutes away near 91st Avenue and Harlan Street.
The neighborhood:
Westminster Hills Park is minutes away and has several tennis and basketball courts, a large field, and a playground. Along with parking, you can also walk to the park by heading east/south along Raleigh Place and turning left on West 80th Place. At the end of the road, a stairway leads into the park.
Lake Arbor Park is a short, 4-minute drive and offers scenic walking paths around a lake and playgrounds.
Standley Lake Regional Park is about 12 minutes away and offers hiking and gravel biking along a large lake with incredible views of the Front Range.
If you're not looking to drive into Denver or Boulder, Olde Town Arvada is 15 minutes away and offers plenty of shopping and drinking opportunities. Berkley is another neighborhood roughly 15 minutes away that offers similar potential for an enjoyable night out, specifically along Tennyson between 38th and 46th Avenues.

For the safety of the owners and renters, there are also three security cameras, all located outside the home, to monitor each entrance. We also ask that quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am be respected in consideration of the owners living in the upstairs unit.
