Conveniently located in a quiet Gilbert neighborhood, this wonderful home is near I-60 and the 202 Freeway, providing easy access to the greater Phoenix area. This is the perfect choice for your longer stay of 30 days or more, and whether you are vacationing, relocating, or visiting for business reasons, this house will be perfect for your needs.
Gilbert, AZ has been recognized as one of the most desirable suburbs and ranked as the "2nd Safest Big City in America." This light and bright home has appealing features such as high ceilings and large windows which look out onto the secluded and landscaped backyard. This home is perfect for entertaining or remote work from home.
There is a separate dining and living room, and a great room with a large Smart TV, DVD player, a two-seater recliner couch and leather sofa bed. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary. This makes a fun retreat as the room spills out onto the covered patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue grill and a lava rock gas fireplace.
There is a spacious kitchen supplied with everything that you need to prepare meals during your stay. Both a Keurig and drip coffee machine are available. Highchairs can be rented.
The split bedroom floor plan has a primary suite situated on the opposite side of the house away from the activity of the kitchen and great room. It has a deluxe king bed, a Smart TV and a bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower and private toilet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and share a tub-shower combo. The mattresses are covered with organic allergy covers. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and closet space for personal items. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
There is a fully stocked laundry room with washer/dryer. There is an attached garage and parking available on the large driveway. This is an environmentally safer home. Organic pesticide is used only as needed and the yard is weeded by hand and not sprayed.
The quiet neighborhood has two community playground facilities. A Costco, Walmart, supermarkets, and local parks are just a short drive away. You will enjoy the diverse casual and fine dining, sports bars, shopping malls and theaters in the local neighborhood and in the Gilbert Heritage District.
There is an amazing Riparian Preserve to explore with 110 acres of trails and wildlife habitat showcasing 200 species of birds. The Southwest Regional Library and the East Valley Family YMCA with outdoor swimming are just up the street. Gilbert Regional Park has sports courts and a splash pad with 57 different water features. The Farm at Agritopia is fun to visit, and don't miss the equestrian and multi-use trails at Zanjero Park, the Museum of Natural History or the Arizona Science Center. The local hospitals are excellent with MD Anderson Cancer Center and Banner Medical Center just three miles away.
For the sports enthusiast, this home is situated to be able to take advantage of three spring training facilities, numerous golf courses and several driving ranges as well as hiking, biking and cycling trails. Gilbert is well known for its Central Trail System of 135 miles of equestrian and cycling trails. The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
The property requires a 30 day minimum reservation.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
