This was a very nice property, with a comfortable bed, located in a quiet residential, neighborhood . Everything was communicated very clearly via text, and instructions were easy to follow. It was not clear in the listing however, that there would be shared bathrooms. Additionally, the house was heavily fragranced with plug-ins which my husband and I found unpleasant (resulting in our having to sleep with our window open despite it being very cool outside.) Other than the shared bathroom situation and the fragrance, I would highly recommend the property.
