Overlooking the heart of Paihia and into the spectacular Bay of Islands, this home offers stunning views from secluded vantage points. Whether it be on the large sunny deck or the living areas, gourmet kitchen and bedrooms, the views will provide memories you will cherish forever. Built over 3 levels the house has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people in 3 queen and 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, 1 with a big bath. Large deck spaces for bbq's and summer dining. Off street parking for 2 cars and a 5m boat.

Car parking - there is room for 3 cars outside the front door of the home.
Its a 5 minute drive down the hill to Paihia township. Walking would take about 15 mins.
