Other things to note
Mountain Green is in the middle of a $50 million glow-up for our exterior and common spaces, so there is construction during the summer months. This means there may be noise during the day, and you might not have access to the deck.
No pets allowed. The mud in VT is a serious thing.
This is on the third floor, the building has stairs and elevators.
Coin-op laundry room available in the building. Washer and dryer are not in the unit.
