About this property

Cottage on Strasbourge: 2-minute walk to Martinborough Square, bikes

Unwind and relax in this charming, sunlit cottage, just a short stroll from The Square. The front porch offers an ideal spot to savour your morning coffee while basking in the sunlight. Enjoy a leisurely walk or bike ride to the nearby vineyards, and with The Square only a two-minute walk away, you'll be perfectly situated to experience all that Martinborough has to offer. End your day with a soothing bath, or a glass of wine on the spacious, sunny deck at the back of the house.

The strategically placed decks let you bask in the sun from dawn to dusk and the large, Springfree Trampoline and outdoor games (Pick-up Sticks, Kubb, Ring Toss) will keep the kids entertained for hours.

Fully equipped kitchen with bi-fold doors opening up to a large, sunny deck.

Large open plan living and dining area with wood burner. Lounge includes TV with Freeview and guests have access to board games and puzzles (Ticket to Ride, Articulate, Beat the Parents, Twister, Charades for Kids, Family Feud and Pictionary to name a few!).

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, panel heater and French doors that open up onto a sunny porch.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, panel heater, drawers and a clothing rack with hangers.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull out trundler. Please note that this is a small room, best suited for one person. When both beds are set up, it takes up most of the space. Please let us know if the trundler is required when making your booking. The couch in the lounge does fold out into a double bed, but it is not very comfortable!

There are two bikes and two helmets available to use, free of charge.

A few things to kindly note:

We do not have a washing machine/dryer, but there is a coin operated laundromat next to the BP station (2 min drive, 5 min walk). Coins available from the BP counter.
The curtains in the living area are sheer curtains, as shown in the photos.
No air-con but there are four fans available to keep you cool.

No parties or large gatherings

Great Cottage, Great Location
Lovely cottage with great amenities. The bikes were great and saved us having to rent them. Only a short 2 minute walk into town.

House and property manager were superb!
The house is beautifully appointed with everything a family might need. Well situated and spacey, light rooms, warm comfortable bedding, great bathroom and kitchen. The problem was the Book A Bach booking system - clumsy and insistent on a customer signing up to the app. Luckily Leesa came to our rescue with text messages and we were able to smoothly get into the accommodation. Thankyou Leesa! Beautiful stay was had by all
