This cosy apartment is located in a recently built chalet apartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built just over 10 yrs ago in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. It is built in the local traditional style and is very well located. The apartment is just across the road from the Outalays piste!This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurant, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little way below the apartment.
This 42m² apartment has 1 double bedroom. In case a visitor is expected, there is also a double sofa bed in the main living area as a backup one too for good measure!
There is shower room with washing machine and a separate WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hobn a microwave and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc for 4 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a nice balcony, which offers commanding views onto the surrounding mountains and ski slopes.

There is a flat screen television with French terrestrial TV and a DVD player.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
