Elegant duplex 50m from slopes at Chinaillon

This newly renovated piste-side duplex apartment is located in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort that is only about 100m from the ski slopes. Access to the Outalays piste is just across the road. This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. In less than a five minute's drive you can be in the centre of the Chinaillon village. If you do not have a car you can use the regular bus services that take you round the village and also down to the Grand Bornand.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and an extra double sofabed in a separate lounge. There are 2 double bedrooms 1 of which has an en- suite shower room and toilet. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds each, one of them is up on the mezzanine floor & has an ensuite bathroom with toilet. There is also a bathroom in the entrance hall of the apartment and a separate toilet. There is a second shower room and seperate WC just outside the 4th bedrooms which means a total of 4 bathrooms & toilets for this fantastic apt!
The living area is open plan and you have a well equipped and spacious kitchen and the dining room and living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and micro wave with plenty of cupboards for storage plus a combi washer & dryer.
There is a long dining table with enough seating for 10 or more people. There are french doors opening out onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. A garden table and chairs are also at your disposal.
The living area is very comfortable, you have 3 good sized sofas and an armchair. there is a wide screen TV with a DVD player and a wood burning stove (logs are not provided). At the far end of the corridor is a spacious room that doubles as a second lounge/TV room together with a large library & reading area where a double sofa bed can take the capacity up to 10 if necessary. Bed linen & towels are provided and there's also internet that comes free.
You have 1 private enclosed garage and a ski locker too to top things off!
We can also provide a cot and high chair, but this must be notified in advance.
