Oceanview Resort with direct Beach Access & Pool!
Quick Reminder of our house rules:
Towels
Please don't hang any towels on the balcony – it may result in a $50 fine and they just started to reinforce this. We also provide colored Beach Towels, please only take those to the pool and beach, so we can keep the others sparkling clean
Parking Spot
If you have more than one car, you can ask in the office for visitor parking passes, or park in the payed parking lot right across from the complex.
After checkout, please make sure the parking spot is free so my cleaning lady has easy access to the unit, if you want to hang out by the pool a bit longer, feel free but please move your car.
Beach Accessorizes
For Beach toys, Chairs, Boogie Boards that we provide you with, if you break it, please replace it so future guests can enjoy those amenities things as well
Smoking
The complex is totally smoke-free, that includes the balcony.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the community, please do not try to sneak your fur baby in. We love pets too, but they are simply not allowed in general.
Furniture
If you are moving furniture around, please move it back to where you found it before checking out, it is very hard for my cleaning lady to do so alone. And please try to not sit with wet bathing suits on the bed and sofa's since those stains are hard to get out!
Sand
Please try to keep the sand dragged in to a minimum, there are showers at the pool to wash off.
Last but not least, please treat our place and furnishings as if they were your own and have lots of fun!
Towels

Welcome to my fun little slice of Oceanside, CA. If you want a true SoCal beach experience, with shimmering sun, golden sand, rolling waves and days that stretch on forever…this is it!
My 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom oceanview apartment is located in a BEACHFRONT complex in the lovely sidewalk town of Oceanside. Walk to seafood joints, fine dining, craft breweries, cocktail bars, or to the iconic Oceanside Pier.
Spend the time in the classic way: with your toes in the warm sand and the sun and sea breeze on your skin. The North Coast Village complex is right ON the beach, so you can roll right out of bed and then hit the beach for a long, lazy California day.
SLEEPS 6
Bring your significant other, your family, or a couple of friends. This condo is a two bedroom one, with a
king size bed and the other with a queen size and a twin bunk bed. In addition there is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living area that can sleep 2 more guests.
There’s a full kitchen and 2 full baths and lots of natural light all through the space, plus a balcony with ocean views to sip you your morning coffee and plan the fun day ahead!
Of course there is also free-Wifi, Cable TV, a laundry room and a free parking spot for you to use.
COUNTLESS AMENITIES
North Coast Village also has about a thousand amenities: 2 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, putting green, a sauna, pool table, and more. You will never be bored here!
Get some fresh fish and veggies and head down to the outdoor BBQ area at the complex (they several stainless steel grills just waiting for you). After dinner, take a sunset stroll along the beach and around the North Coast Village grounds, where brilliant tropical landscaping surrounds pristine streams, waterfalls, fountains, and a serene koi pond with fish food for the kids to feed the fish.
