This family retreat is a short drive to the beach or a nice walk. situated in a family friendly estate, close to the shops, playgrounds, cinemas, bowling alley and uni. Public transport at the end of the street.

This recently renovated home has internet, ducted heating and cooling, 1.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms well appointed kitchen and laundry, TV and board games and off street parking.

The back yard is fully enclosed with an old fashioned verandah, cubby, citrus trees and a place to eat.
