Set in lush lawns and gardens with its own remarkably beautiful Elm tree, the home is located at the Sorrento end of Blairgowrie, one block from the idyllic Cameron’s Bight bay beach dotted with sailing boats. Short walks (15 mins approx.) to another one of the bay’s best-kept secrets ‘Tideways beach’, Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, casually cool Blairgowrie cafes, the famous Koonya General Store, and golden ocean beach sunsets. 3 mins drive (nonpeak season) or 40 mins walk to Sorrento’s hotels, cafes, and shops.

Light-filled, open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with premium coastal furnishings, tv, and sound/music systems. Stylishly equipped kitchen, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Opening onto an outdoor deck with a teak and wicker dining setting for 8, gas BBQ, and adjoining large lawn areas. You can also open up the enclosed entertainment zone complete with table tennis, casual seating, TV, yoga mat, and free weights.
