Bnb Booking presents ultimate luxury at this grand 5-bed main river property in Surfers Paradise. This stunning Spanish villa-style home offers breathtaking river views, pool, sauna, and BBQ area. Perfect for families, enjoy spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and outdoor entertaining. Located just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and shops, this peaceful retreat combines convenience and serenity. Unwind, swim, soak, or explore the best of the Gold Coast from your private oasis.
This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, features two immaculately appointed levels designed to capture the north aspect. Re furnished with attention to detail and a high standard of luxury and comfort, this versatile family home boasts generous proportions across two levels, sleeping a generous 10 guests. The property is currently being refurnished now so the currnet furniture is being updated and will be all new and available mid December. The photos are of the old furniture.

-We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. Please note we take a bond seperate to airbnb $2000
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used.
Usage of any extra bedding without prior
approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
- A $35 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
- All group stays will require a external $5000 bond. Breaking house rules could lead to forfeiting your bond and eviction
Insect and Pests-
QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times
prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
