This property is only available for a maximum stay of seven days. This is a small efficiency first floor condominium that is on the beach block. Perfect getaway for two people! You will have on site, off street, assigned parking that is 15 steps from your back door, making it so convenient to unpack. Parallel parking accommodates 18 foot vehicle. Front and rear entry. No elevator, no lobby. Keyless keypad entry. Wi-Fi is available. Unit is equipped with a Smart TV and you can use your Roku or Fire Stick. Unit is two short blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, allowing you to park your vehicle for the duration of your stay and walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and dining. Bike rentals are located across the street if you wish to explore the many bike trails that take you from Rehoboth to Lewes and back. There is a beach wagon and chairs for your use. This property is NOT pet friendly.

Perfect Location!

The condo was clean and the perfect size for just the two of us. We loved the proximity to everything in Rehoboth, the beach, shopping, dining. We would definitely try and stay here again.

Incredible!

This was the best place to stay for a couple of days! Boardwalk and beach were very walkable! The one day I didn’t even have to move my car because I walked to everything! Parking on the boardwalk can be hectic, so I didn’t have the stress or cost of parking. Host was very communicative!

Husband and I stayed here for the second time and it didn’t disappoint! Great location and plenty of amenities for a quiet beach week. Hosts are also quick to communicate any info.

Perfect for us!

We loved the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. The beach wagon and chairs were an added benefit. The space is smaller with the bed being a murphy bed, but it was perfect for us. We could still use the table and chairs with the bed down! Being able to access the space with a key code was wonderful. We would enjoy staying here again!

A perfect little place for a Rehoboth Beach vacation!

My daughter and I had a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach! This condo was very clean and is in a great location. It’s small and cozy as advertised, but fine for two people. We barely used our car and could walk everywhere; the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, pickle ball courts, parks, etc. We didn't realize from the posting that there isn’t an oven, dishwasher, or toaster, but otherwise the unit was well equipped with everything you need; dishes, refrigerator/freezer (under the counter combo unit), coffee, hand soap, paper products, folding chairs, wagon, small cooler, and linens (including two beach towels!) Communication with the host was easy and prompt! Thanks again!!!

Easy beach getaway

We (mother/adult daughter) have stayed here before and will come again for our annual beach weekend due to the great location, simple but clean accommodations, and the lovely and responsive hospitality of the hosts.

Just a Short Walk to the Beach

This was our fourth stay at this lovely condo. Attention is given to everything one would need and updates are regularly made. It is lovely and located close to the he beach, dining, and shopping. There is theater close by, as well.

Memorial Day Relaxation!

Another great stay at this property! You really can't beat the location for walking to the beach and all the restaurants in downtown. We forgot our cooler but they even had small cooler for us to use in the closet, yay :)

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is even better in person than the pictures suggested, and bigger than we were expecting. The location is also absolutely perfect and we didn’t need a car at all. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful trip

My friend and I had a great stay! The condo was clean, well decorated, and had convenient access to the beach and locak restaurants. We were able to park and walk wherever we needed to go. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway for couple

This place was small but so cute! My husband and I have stayed on this street in Rehoboth a few times now and we were satisfied. It's close to the beach and main street, so it was perfect for us as we knew we only needed a place to sleep and planned to walk & eat out for most meals. We were a little worried about the Murphy bed but we both fit pretty comfortably considering we're used to sleeping on a king. The only downside for us was that parking is tight for the downstairs units so we weren't able to bring our bikes & bike rack as we originally planned. We were nervous my husband's truck wouldn't fit in the space (it definitely would not have) so we ended up taking our sedan instead which fit easily. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby which we could have utilized. The host also had beach chairs & a wagon available which was considerate. We would definitely stay again for a long weekend getaway!
