The Space:
Hoot Owl is a breathtaking mountain cabin in an exclusive gated paved community with stunning views and sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. It is conveniently located not far from the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Mercier Orchards, charming downtown BR, Blue Ridge Lake/Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc.) and will accommodate as many as 6 people.
This 3 bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families! Whether you're hanging out on the porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor fireplaces, playing foosball and air hockey, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the gorgeous mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway.
The main floor features an open living room with many windows highlighting the panoramic view. There is a gas burning fireplace on this level, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. With Dish network and smart tvs in the bedrooms you'll be able to relax to your hearts content! Please note that gas fireplaces are turned off April-end of September as they heat the entire house)
The dining room table seats 4 with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ice maker, baking sheets, knife set, Keurig, dishes, toaster, bread maker, blender, food processor, mixing bowls, rice cooker, cutting boards, silverware, measuring utensils, mixing utensils, grater, pizza cutter, can opener, pots and pans, casserole dishes, and strainer. There is a gas grill on the deck. Please note the coffee maker is a keurig so you will need to bring K-cups
The main level bedroom features a queen bed with deck access to the Hot Tub. The Hot tub fits 4 people at a time and has beautiful views! It is perfect for watching the sunset or stargazing. There is a full bathroom by the bedroom. Off by the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
On the Upper Level, there is a Master Suite with a King bed, sitting area, bathroom, and desk/workspace area. The view from the windows in the loft are simply stunning!
On the Lower Level, there is a third bedroom with a Queen bed and attached bathroom. This level also features an entertainment area with a foosball table, air hockey table, Smart TV, and gas fireplace!
Our bedrooms use hypoallergenic pillows and down comforters.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
No pets allowed
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No smoking of any kind allowed. (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc)

This property is located in a paved gated community. The road gets steep but since it is paved, any kind of car should get to the cabin just fine!
