Kick back, prop your feet up, and relax! This stylish sofa can convert to a queen sleeper sofa in the evenings to allow for an additional sleeping area if needed. The living area seamlessly flows to the dining area and kitchen. Beautiful teal touches run through the gorgeous tile back splash and are accented by stainless steel appliances.

There is a guest room with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) that makes perfect accommodation for junior family members. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom attached to this bedroom. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed. The full bathroom can be accessed from this bedroom and services the other guest rooms and sleeping areas.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
