About this property

70s Retro House with Ocean Views - Family and Pet Friendly!

A perfect base for the whole family or group of travelling friends to explore the wild Eyre Peninsula region, whilst unwinding in a cozy space with plenty of vibe.
With a huge undercover front deck overlooking Boston Bay and across to the National Park - sunrise coffee never looked better. Add in a back entertaining patio, front and back garden, lounge and pool table room - the real question is which entertaining area is your favourite!
Feel at home in our much loved Port Lincoln house.

Our 1970 built timber clad house is on the top of the hill, and overlooks both Boston Bay and the Lincoln National Park. With a huge front deck and bar, it’s the ideal space to cook a BBQ or sip a morning coffee as the sun rises directly in front. The back patio and deck is soaked in the afternoon sun, with veggie garden and native trees giving complete privacy for outdoor entertaining. Unwind and watch TV in the back sunroom, or play a game of pool next to the fire with the full front views on our vintage restored slate table. Dinner parties are sorted with our large kitchen full of everything you need, plus Moccamaster coffee pot and herb garden just a step away. The master bedroom opens up onto the front deck, with sunrises visible from bed. The second bedroom is large enough for a double bed in one corner, and two single beds on the other side. The third smallest room features a double bed and retro gaming setup to keep all ages entertained! The original 70s bathroom features a low blue bath and shower, and the toilet is located next to the laundry with a washing machine and extra linen and towels. The entire house is filled with many house plants, bringing life and colour throughout. This space is much loved, in all the right ways. We know you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our little haven.
