Just 15 minutes from the airport and only 15 minutes from the city center. A short 3-minutes driving brings you to Glebe Hill Village, where you’ll find cafes, Coles, a pharmacy, and other shops. It’s the perfect blend of tranquillity, convenience, and modern comforts.

The Space:
-There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own TV. Both sofas have footrests to help you relax after a long day and enjoy a movie night. Set with stunning ocean view, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation, family meals, and gatherings.

-A fully open and well-equipped modern kitchen feature a burner stove, microwave, oven, kettle, double-door fridge, toaster, dishwasher, ensuring convenience and ease of use.

-Four generously sized bedrooms provide a luxurious retreat, One of the bunk beds is in the downstairs lounge room. Once the door is closed, it becomes a private space that won't disturb anyone else.

-The downstairs lounge room is equipped with a desk and chair, perfect for working or studying.

-A laundry space featuring both a washing machine and a dryer, combining functionality with sophistication for all your laundry needs.

-The outdoor furniture cushions are stored in the downstairs lounge room. They can be quickly set up for everyone to enjoy outdoor activities and the fire pit.

Having our grown family join us for a holiday was easy in this home. Heaps of space, bedrooms and 3 bathrooms certainly helped. Great views and has what you need. Location was good for us as we had 2 cars and could drive into CBD and local shops for supplies. Communication strong. Thank you for providing your home
