Our house is brand new, completed in October 2024. In stark contrast to our Murray River Property with the same host experience!
It’s a beautiful 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and modern amenities. located in the original part of Point Turton not in the new development, just 200m from the beach on an easy to walk quiet street great for kids and bikes
There is a spacious open planned kitchen, living and dining area with a huge wrap around deck.
Enjoy bbq’s and outdoor dining or lounge in the sun with a cool drink or a good book. Or both!
Enjoy the 75inch Google tv to binge all your favorites.
Two split systems cool and heat the house from opposite ends for maximum comfort.
Main bathroom has a big tub for a relaxing soak.
There are sea glimpses from the wrap around deck and rear living area , enough to check on the fishing conditions for the day.
located in the original part of Point Turton just 200 meters walk from the esplanade and Flaherty beach and 4 wheel drive track.
Bring your bikes as there is good cycling tracks safe for kids along the esplanade all the way to Flahertys beach!
Enjoys Fantasic Meals at the local Pub , Tavern on Turton, just 2.0klms away or an afternoon drink or two with take away alcohol available from their bottle shop.
There is a jetty great for casting a line located with the all weather concrete duel lane boat ramp making launching your boat at any time or tide easy, including fish cleaning facilities.
During the summer months, a swimming center with pontoons are set up by the jetty, you may even bump into Sally the Manta Ray at 2pm most days !
Great Snorkeling around the jetty and Magazine bay all located within the town.
A General Store has fuel, ( and diesel ) bait, Ice and other essential items including take away, great donuts and home made bread!
A pharmacy , food-works and even a hardware store are all also located just 5min away at Warooka , where there is another pub and bottle shop for a top up if needed.
After a big day on the boat you'll be sleeping in:
Bed layout:
Bedroom 1: Master with en-suite and walk in robe with queen bed.
Bedroom 2: queen bed. Chest of drawers
Bedroom 3: queen bed, no storage at the moment.
Bedroom 4: double bed and single bed. No storage at the moment.
Each bedroom has bedsides tables with lamps and block out curtains.
Linen is supplied for all bedrooms.
Bath mat, hand towels and tea towels provided.
(Just bring your own towels for showers, baths and swimming)
There is a Laundry if you want to keep on top of your dirty clothes pile :)
Pets are welcome on request. Pets are not allowed on furniture or to be left unattended. Yard is fully fenced - small dogs may fit under fence in some spots and under house if they like to escape. Please check if it will suitable for your pet. Please add ALL your pets to the guest list.
Ample parking onsite for cars and boats. Parking is also available on street if needed as we are located on a quiet crescent, traffic is minimal.
Things to NOTE
*Please read and understand all the rules they will be enforced :(
*We have a preference to guests with previous 5 star reviews if you have no reviews you may be asked to add some information about your group
*When booking please add all guests that may stay at the property for the entire stay including pets, there is to be no additional guests or visitors during your stay unless authorized
*Our cleaning fee is charged to maintain the cleanliness of the property after each stay, it includes full house clean and sanitize, Spa drained,refilled and sanitized, linen removal and change after every stay. We ask if you can place dishwasher on when leaving and maintain a tidy house during your stay.
*SPA If there are back to back bookings, and cold winter weather, the spa may not be ready at your desired temperature until approximately 8 to 9 pm of your first night. (This is due to the fact we change spa water over with every booking to provide you with a clean hygienic spa)
*SPA - Spas are very technical appliances we do our up most best to keep in working order, although unlikely a unforeseen failure can happen at any time, we will do our best to rectify the concern as soon as possible but will not be refunding 100% of your booking - this over rides any other rulings from air bnb

We do not accept bookings for young adult groups or schoolies under the age of 27. You may be asked for your ID
We do not accept smokers as guests. There is to be no smoking of any kind in, or around the property. Penalties apply
Strictly no parties. Neighbor complaints, strict eviction applies. - yes its happened
No additional guests or camping.
House runs on Septic, so don't flush any other items besides toilet paper or excessive toilet paper.
No motor bikes
No weapons.
All rubbish to be disposed of in bins provided.
Take rubbish with you if needed.
No burning of unnatural materials.
No fireworks
No fish cleaning in the house
Do not park vehicles over the concrete septic lids on the side of the house or on the adjacent vacant land
Do not leave dogs at the property alone.
Do not let your dog/s bark incessantly.
Clean up after your dog including hair inside the house.
Do not attempt to turn off security systems
Please clean oven of fat spills and sprays to prevent smoking.
There is entry and exterior cameras please do not exceed your booked amount of people without permission additional charges may apply
Please leave the property in a clean and satisfactory manner. Extra fees may apply if more time is required to clean.
Failure to follow any of the above rules may result in extra charges and eviction. or forfiting of the agreed bond ( $600 )
(There are security cameras in use around the perimeter of the house, facing the drive way, front of house and side of house. They are not faced in any communal areas)
