Fantastic apartment right on the sandy beach with unobstructed sea views

'Baltic Sea residence 4'. Our fabulous new apartment is located in the newly built Ostseeresidenz, directly on the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.

Even the design of the Baltic Sea Residence is unique and continues down to the smallest detail of the apartment away. Our apartment on the first floor are easily accessible by elevator.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
A pet for 5, - € per night bookable as an extra. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

The large bright living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen is stylish and fully equipped to meet the needs of our guests. From the living room you have access to the large and partially covered terrace, from which you have a wonderful sea view. The terrace is oriented to the south-east.

The two bedrooms each have a TV. The beds are equipped with foam mattresses (medium hardness). Were chosen different makes, so you can decide which model offers the most comfortable sleep.

The large spa with sauna and Jacuzzi after a day at the beach or after sports activities to relax.

An additional guest bathroom is naturally present.

Park your car in the underground garage.

The apartment is almost barrier-free.

Our guests have free wireless internet access.

A beach chair is available to our guests free of charge from 01. 05. - 30. 09. at the beach.
