NOISE:

* Silence Hours:

* “Silence must be maintained between 21h00 and 07h00 from Sunday to
Thursday and public holidays, and between 23h00 and 08h00 on
Fridays and Saturdays. These times are considered cut-off times.”
* This clause means that there must be absolute silence after the
cut-off times, not that noise can be made up until these times.

* Reporting: All deliberate/intentional noises must immediately be
reported to security by phone call 083 719 2022 who will
investigate and contact the offending unit.
* An official report will be written up and sent to Estate
Management, who will issue a warning or, in certain cases, a
penalty depending on the severity of the noise disturbance and if
the unit is a repeat offender.

The apartment includes secure undercover parking, and additional
cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request for a fee.
Basic amenities like tea, coffee, and shower essentials are provided to
ensure your stay is comfortable from the moment you arrive.
