Lovely stay near beaches
We had three adults stay for 10 days in January. The recommendation to park in front, which has a free 30 minute parking space right in front of the property, was perfect, so that we did not have to worry about bringing luggage upstairs. The property was exactly as described in the pictures were consistent. Note that AC unit is a wall unit in the master with really good ceiling fans to circulate the air in the 2nd BR, dining room, and living room. Kept us cool on those very warm days! Easily walkable to Mooloolaba Esplanade (shopping/retail/restaurant walkway), to Coles (grocery store), Mooloolaba beach (to the right of the property), and to Alexandra Headlands (to the left of the property). While property management for the entire property don't take care of this particular VRBO unit, they do an excellent job of making sure the resort property is clean, isn't too noisy, and stays safe (glass doors to unit entrances are locked each night and opened each morning). Both bedrooms face the back building, which means it's relatively quiet. Kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed and the washer/dryer was good for our 10-day stay. Enjoyed the garage parking available for our vehicle and the great responsiveness from the Owner (including mid-stay check in with us). Recommend highly to everyone.
