My name is Lori, I’ve managed apartment rentals since 2013 in Bemidji. My husband owns the properties, and provides maintenance and plowing. We enjoy traveling, boating, camping and hanging with our family and friends when we aren’t working.
Why they chose this property
Cottage Creek Estates one-bedroom development consists of 8 fourplex buildings, sprawled out over 10 acres, just 1.5 miles past Bemidji High School, off of Division Street. Sanford Health Hospital is 3.5 miles away. Each one-bedroom unit boasts floor heat, air conditioning, on-demand hot water, included utilities, a bathroom with a shower, full kitchen and private patio. Pets under 30lbs allowed with signed pet agreement and non-refundable fee of $300.
