A beautiful mountain home nestled in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Whispering Forest. Experience nature at its finest with nearby hiking trails, fishing, and boating in Big Bear Lake, along with snow play and endless outdoor adventures. Big Bear Village is just a short drive away, offering easy access to local activities and convenient shopping throughout the area.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, smart TV, beautiful stone wall electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed, and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the electric fireplace. Laundry room in garage with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Back yard with a NEW hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.
PARKING - 2 car driveway, EV charger
