'Strathnaver' - Waterfront Beach House

Welcome to Strathnaver on the Beach, an absolute waterfront holiday home with sweeping north facing views of gorgeous Garden Bay from all living areas, and lawns that slope down to the beach. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the deck or having a barbecue, the sound of the waves lapping at the shore will be a constant reminder of your prime location.

The Space:
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this very comfortable holiday home, with the entry level offering 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a covered outdoor deck with al fresco dining and BBQ.
Follow the outdoor steps to the large seaside lawn leading straight onto the beach. All living areas, the main deck and the lawn offer uninterrupted north facing views of Garden Bay.
Also located on the lower level is the laundry with a second toilet and shower - perfect when coming back from the beach.
The property is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and Malua Bay Beach, making it perfect for couples and families to all enjoy.

Guest Access:
Access is via a lockbox at the property, the code will be sent approx. 1 hour prior to checkin

The Neighborhood:
With gentle waves roll onto the sandy beach of Garden Bay, the relatively calm waters are perfect for young children, swimmers, standup paddling and kayaking. Dolphins can occasionally be spotted frolicking in the bay whilst the rocky headlands shelter an abundance of sea life, rewarding fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Every receding high tide leaves much to discover in the rock pools. There are scenic coastal paths offering walks north to Mosquito Bay, Lilli Pilli and beyond, or south to Malua Bay beach and Pretty Point.

The popular Malua Bay is just minutes down the road, with cafes, restaurants and shops, including a local supermarket, as well as a modern playground for the kids and the newly rebuilt Malua Bay Bowling Club.
Just a short drive away you will find Mogo Zoo and newly opened Mountain Bike Trails.
