This multilevel level townhouse is located in the award winning Beaumont Quarter and has a sunny open plan kitchen & living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a car park conveniently located just outside your door. You’ll benefit from the top class facilities, Victoria Park across the road and the convenience of the supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

Here are 3 things people love about our Architecturally Designed Townhouse:

1 - The location is simply outstanding. Beaumont Quarter is located little more than a stone's throw away from the hustle and the bustle of the city, yet tucked away in the best fringe location Auckland has to offer. We are isolated from the noise of the central city, however it's just a short 5-15 minute walk to Wynyard Quarter, Ponsonby and much of the CBD. Our guests frequently comment on how quiet Beaumont Quarter is given its central location.

2 - This multilevel townhouse has a rooftop deck offers expansive views of the Auckland city skyline. The townhouse has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard with new modern contemporary furniture. High ceilings and an abundance of natural light through the east-facing floor-to-ceiling ranch sliders make this a light and airy, spacious townhouse.

3 - Guests frequently leave reviews about how comfortable the Sleepmaker Posture Align beds are when combined with the high thread count sheets and the wool all-seasons duvet. Lisa from Mangawhai said "The beds were fantastic. Just bliss when you put your head on the pillow and snuggled in those luxurious linens. I have to say this because so often in NZ those that rent private accommodation do not make this a priority." The bed in the master bedroom is super king size, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. We can also split super king bed into two long single beds (203cm long x 91cm wide) which can provide an option for good friends or children.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting our Architecturally Designed Townhouse:

1 - The townhouse is in a residential area and close-knit community, so no parties are permitted in the townhouse at all times during your stay. This applies to all residents, so ensures you will have a peaceful and quiet stay yourself.

2 - The townhouse is located in a central city neighbourhood, so you will be surrounded by buildings and other residents. That’s not a downside, since the neighbours are generally a very considerate group of people, but you will be aware of their presence on occasion. Most people actually love it, since you will have a chance to meet locals and quickly strike up a conversation. Live like a local amongst locals and you will love your stay.

3 - Living in a close-knit community requires some basic rules to make things easier. We ask that you abide by these rules and that you are a considerate neighbour. By all means, live and enjoy yourself, just be mindful of noise and loud music both inside and out and you’ll have a fabulous time.

With the help of an interior designer, we have furnished this townhouse to a luxurious standard that we hope you will appreciate.

KITCHEN

Our fully equipped kitchen includes chef-quality stainless steel gourmet cookware and good quality knives. We've supplied a Nespresso machine and milk frother for coffee aficionados, and a classic teapot so you can brew the perfect cup of tea.

LOUNGE

Sit back and relax in style on the comfortable leather sofa while watching Netflix on the 4K Smart TV or listening to some music on the stereo system (Bluetooth, cd player or radio). The wifi is connected to an unlimited high-speed 100 Mbps fibre internet connection.

BEDROOMS

Both bedrooms are roughly the same size. The master bedroom is slightly larger and has a super king size bed (that can be split into two long singles on request), the slightly smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. All beds come with wool all-seasons duvets, high thread count sheets and a selection of soft, medium, hard and feather pillows. The large closets have built in closet organisers and are stocked with clothes hangers.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Split bed (one off $25). We can split the super king size bed into two long single beds.

Regular cleaning. If you are staying for a few weeks, perhaps you would like to arrange regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning or a one-off additional clean. The cost is $251/visit for a clean and linen change, and $167/visit for a standard clean (no linen change). You can either arrange this in advance, or while you are staying.

Portacot (additional $6/day). We can provide Jolly Jumper Roma 2-in-1 portacots that have both bassinet and cot level. This model has passed safety tests and is recommended by Consumer NZ. We'll also provide cots sheets and blankets.

Home away from home
We were spending a month in Auckland, so spent quite a bit of time looking at properties. Happy to say that we picked the right one.The apartment is very comfortable. The owners live elsewhere in the complex (and used to live in this unit) so they are local and very responsive. There are a lot of really nice touches that you don't get with a corporate property. The kitchen is especially well stocked with quality pans, plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils, a Nespresso with milk frother, Tupperware, foil & wrap. The closets are sizable and have plenty of hangars. There are fans in every room, throws on the sofa, etc., etc. Just very well set up for an extended stay.The location is superb. There is a grocery store a block away. Buses leave from Victoria Park going in all directions. It is a flat easy walk to the harbor ferries. And there is a car rental just opposite the Park. There is also a parking space right in front of the unit, but we didn’t feel we needed a car for every day.The view across the park to the Sky Tower is spectacular. The wall of patio doors in the main living area opens up for an indoor/outdoor feel. The third level is an outdoor patio on a shared terrace. And there is a standalone gym/pool/spa building within the complex. So while there was a lot to see & do in and around Auckland, we also enjoyed our “down time” at the apartment.Highly recommend this property for any length of stay in Auckland.
