Inner city home surrounded by the Calgary Wildlands and the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary. One block from the Bow River, only a short walk from historic Inglewood shops, and close to the Calgary Stampede grounds.
Fall asleep listening to the birds and coyotes in the surrounding wildlands, after spending a day at the nearby Calgary Zoo. On a summer evening, enjoy a short walk to Harvey Passage, have a picnic, wade, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard in the neighborhood. Or, enjoy the music a short walk away on Calgary's Music Mile and the brewery district, which features many of Calgary's craft breweries.
The gas range and convection oven will allow you to prepare your own meals using food from nearby farmers' markets. The home also offers a small backyard sanctuary, including a gas BBQ and outdoor seating area.
A large lofted-ceiling master bedroom includes an ensuite with a spacious tub perfect for soaking after a busy day. A second bedroom with bunk bed is perfect for children or additional guests.
