Guests will have full access to the home, except for a couple of supply closets. If you are looking for a smaller space, the upstairs unit is available to book and can accommodate up to 4 people. DM the host if you are interested.

Parking is available in both the driveway with space for up to 5 cars.

**Please note, street parking is strictly prohibited.**

Nearby the property is a boat launch, bike rentals, and access to the Victoria Rail Trail (85 km route) great for biking, ATV, and snowmobiling!

- NO pets
- Please read over House Rules
- NO excessive noise, particularly during quiet hours (10pm - 7am) as the house is in a calm, family neighbourhood.
- The AC CANNOT be run in the winter as the unit outside is covered and will blow.
