The luxurious apartment has been meticulously designed for inner city living. The generous sized living room is filled with natural light and flows onto the balcony with designer outdoor furniture.

The kitchen is state of the art with stone benchtop, an abundance of pantry space and European stainless steel appliances including full oven, 4 burner gas cooktop and dishwasher.

The separate laundry cupboard comes with a washer/ dryer.

The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with 2 adjoining an ensuite with a bathtub.

The second bedroom have 2 single sized beds with a bed side table.

Both bedrooms offer large mirrored built in robes.

All bedrooms and the living room have full length windows with views of Melbourne CBD.

Access to Hotel-styled communal facilities are provided. These facilities include a full-size tennis court, indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, sauna and fully equipped indoor gym.

If the entry door is opened and the building's fire alarm is triggered, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

Feel free to use the kitchen. However, please clean everything up after each use.

- Ensure there is no excessive waste or usage of water, electricity, gas
- Please leave the house as you receive it & no additional unpaid guests
- Parties & Drugs are not permitted
- If guest/s break any rules and Building Manager or Police are involved, the guest/s will be requested to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given.
- Please keep the entry door closed and kitchen exhaust fan switched on while cooking. Should there be a lot of smoke caused by cooking and caused the smoke alarm within the apartment to go off, please DO NOT OPEN the main entry door as it might trigger the fire alarm of the whole building. This will automatically call the fire brigade which will charge a call-out fee of over A$7,000. You will be liable for this fee should this happen.
- If Airbnb profile is not set, we will require a photoID to be shown prior to check in.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $500 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment, if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Sofa bed is only for the 5th or more guest. If there are 4 or less guest and sofa bed is used, there is an additional cleaning fee of $30.
