With private beachfront and large backyard this modern, waterfront property is the perfect getaway close to the city!
Situated only 30 minutes between Halifax and Peggy's Cove, this location is ideal for family and friends that want to explore the area while staying in a beautiful home. The house is located on a bay of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean, spend your afternoon kayaking around the bay, and your evening cozied up by the firepit.
About the Space:
Open concept living and dining, with secondary triple height living space on lower level with propane fireplace.
Three bedrooms each with queen bed and one full-bathroom on main level. Fourth bedroom is a private suite with king bed on upper level with amazing water views.
Large basement ideal for the the kids to play indoors.
High-chair, pack-n-play, potty seat, and kids plates/bowls provided for families.
Outdoor dining and lounging in the large backyard which leads to private beachfront. There are 4 kayaks for use (shared with neighboring property when occupied).. Propane firepit and solar lights provide cozy evening ambiance outdoors.
Enough parking space for 4 vehicles. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking permitted on the property.
