About the Space:
This home is divided into two volumes. The open concept living and dining room is a double height space which provides amazing light and private water views. Cozy up around the indoor fireplace. Two bedrooms and double vanity bathroom complete the second volume.

Backyard consists of a deck with outdoor dining and lounging. Propane fire pit and string lighting provide evening ambiance. The beachfront is just 30ft from the deck, down sloped ground.

Guests can use the 4 kayaks available (shared with neighboring property when occupied).

Enough parking for 2 vehicles. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking permitted on the property.
